If you purchased a movie or show on an iOS device:

- If you bought the video through iTunes:
The video will be downloaded into the “Videos” app on your iPhone. If you are having trouble accessing the video you downloaded, reach out to iTunes support as they will be able to credit you to re-download it. They can be reached here: https://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/


- If you bought the video from another service other than iTunes (eg. Vudu or Amazon), you will have to email the partner directly to get the issue resolved.
